Not a whole lot on the baseball front, but I’ll let you in on what is going on.

It’s official: Brad Radke has retired. 12 years, 9 games over .500 in the W/L column, and a career ERA over 4.20, and a cool $60 million to take home to his family.

Rondell “Rondy” White will be returning to the Twins next year. He agreed to a $2.75 million deal with different at-bat plateaus for more money. It’s expected, with him hitting in the 6th or 7th spot, that he will not reach any of the marks.

The Detroit Tigers and young stud Jeremy Bonderman have agreed to a 4-year, $38 million contract. It’s an odd setup, as he earns $4.5 million in ’07, $8.5 million the year after that, and $12.5 million in the 2 seasons after that. They better hope he’s worth $12.5 million in those years. But, according to Jeremy, he’ll be better than that.

Andy Pettitte will be pitching in pin stripes next season. The Yankees have added another on-the-last-leg player for their All-Star lineup. They’re going to pay him $16 million for just one year. Pettitte had a 4.20 ERA last season and finished with a record of 14-13.

Marlins’ ace Dontrelle Willis was arrested and charged with a DUI on Thursday night/Friday morning. It was 4AM in Florida and Willis had stopped his vehicle on the side of the road, got out, and then peed on the road. He slept in jail for the night and paid the $1,000 bond that was set.
