Really, it actually makes me depressed to write anything meaningful about the past 3 games. Do you want me to talk about Joe Crede‘s 8 total hits, including 4 homers, with 10 RBI and just 1 strikeout so far in the series? Or about the fact that Juan Rincon‘s pitched in two of the three games played so far, with a total line of 3 and 1/3 innings pitched, 8 hits, 6 runs (all earned), 3 home runs, 1 walk, and 2 strikeouts? What’s ironic is that he hasn’t been walking many batters and when he does record an out, generally they’ve been groundball outs and not air outs. I won’t even discuss Jason Kubel‘s homer yesterday, even though he’s my favorite player.

But I haven’t been able to watch much of any of the games so far. Between work and grad parties, and especially with the way the team’s been playing, the Twins have taken a back seat.

Today’s game starts at 1:05 again and barring a 15-0 shutout win by the White Sox, I should have a post up tomorrow.
